I change the wall switch with sonoff wifi switch and add wifi relay to the light/fan/auto gate. Then add ir pir sensor and door sensor to trigger the light to turn on and off automatically. Also add Google home mini for voice activation and Broadlink IR blaster to control IR remote control

Can a single folding gate system(like the one shown below) has a length of 12 feet? How much it cost and will it be cheaper then double swing gate?

So much burden put on one side of the wall with the single gate trackless system. I watch the video also feel uneasy already. Haha

Trackless is for those who want less maintenance and something different from others. And of cause when u want something different then hv to pay a bit more.

The price is expensive not because it's folding gate because it's a half trackless full aluminium gate system     

Anyway it's using those old patent Y arm to fold the gate.

U r looking for the whole gate system or the autogate system only?

Now that folding gate system is too costly for me , I am looking for the whole swing gate system, 12x6 ft, DC moto. Stainless steel frame with aluminium in btw.
Was told the 1-arm folding gate is ~rm7k. But I doubt the 2-arm swing gate can be 1/3 of that.

stainless steel is way to heavy to use for trackless. Usually its alu for trackless

Full aluminium swing gate 12' x 6' with DC Moto925W std set include dismantle old gate, delivery, installation within Klg valley estimate about RM6,200/=
For folding type estimate RM7,200/=

12ft is a bit too small for folding or trackless gate. Normally above 14ft will be good. We got install arm motor on customer who hv 10-11ft folding gate which give us a challenge to modified the motor bracket on the gate so the gate can close all the way to where is suppose to.

As mention if not running on solar can just run the system without backup battery if u dun require std by in case power failure.

has anyone done a 12ft folding gate to 1 side only  i.e. folding 2 x 6ft gate using 1 arm ? can be done?
