Could any sifu assist me on my swing-type autogate which running weird - during closing 1 side of the door started its soft-close way too early while the other side closed quickly and fully. The slower side stopped before it is fully closed, alarm sounded a short moment then it started its soft-closing again until it is fully closed.

Contacted the technician and what he did was logical to me:
(1) He tested and set the timing of 1 side of the gate, both opening and closing, it worked well.
(2) Then he tested and set the timing of another side of the gate, both opening and closing, it work well too.
(3) Then the tested a few times opening and closing with either single gate or both gates. The autogate work just fine in front of my eyes - i was totally satisfied and no complaint.

The problem is after around 1/2 an hour when i tested the autogate again it has gone back to the same weird closing condition. I dunno I should laugh or cry.

The control panel is like attached picture, setting part got one 1-digit digital display and two push-buttons.

Wish to seek sifu advice so that I can try to set the timing on my own.

Which means whatever gadget you attached to the autogate must have access to the Internet (wifi). And your phone must have apps and GPS sensor on at all time?

Did you manage to install this by yourself? I bought the same board, now the CPU led is blinking and photo beam LED is on, gate not moving. The relays are working though.

Oh OK, understood.. but their price for 23ft Unigate series for 23k consider OK already.. my Airgate only 15ft. If the price not under promo price.. maybe can wait a bit until they have some promo running.. lasttime i benefited nearly rm2k during their promo
Yes.. they use same image for the illustration.

Technically is due to the advertisement and make believe that their gate is premium with trackless system. A normal 23’ wrought iron powder coated folding gate system cost just somewhere RM 8K with the motor system. In terms of durability, both gate uses ball bearing for mechanism movement and it will worn out as years goes by.

Try connect two wire direct from board to motor at the same length. If motor still work then could be the embedded old wire problem. try a few times with the motor attach to the gate.

Hi, anyone can recomend autogate repairman that serve around klang valley? My autogate broke during MCO. Home switch and remote signal doest trigger my autogate. Went to ask a company in fb and told me to change to a whole new system because my system is too old. Quoted me RM900+ for a whole new system. Is it worth it or does my system is too old until no spare part already? Im using a MAG system.

Yes, thats why I refuse to believe I need to replace to whole system. I suspect the motherboard has suffered damage from liquid or small animals as we have experienced the same problem before with the same exact problem years ago. Anyway, where should I start if i am replacing the motherboard? Open up and check the motherboard models? Where can I find spare parts for these? Does local online marketplace like shopee or lazada have it or I need to go taobao or aliexpress?

My swing gate (2 leafs with underground motors), the secondary leaf always close after the first leaf, so the gate isn't always locked.
The secondary panel always a bit sot sot, it doesn't fully open.

Is this something that is fixable on the motherboard end?

Mine can always open but when close, one of the side refuse to move. The gate itself is not hard to swing manually.

There is "ngekkk"-like sound in the swing arm but it retract back when 1/8 close.
