Make sure you deal with the SA properly, make him/her promise compensation if you get... sidai-ed. Why because while myself I did get my Alza within a month, it's more an anomaly then a norm (though I'm not sure if this end year there's a surplus of production or something).

But yeah, get the SA to commit as much as possible. Even if "Open Colour". Heck, also add in "Open Varient" if you really want to make it quicker, coz TBH I'm not even sure if X or H or AV is produced/ordered more at this point.

As for selling yourself, well it's kinda an open secret if you trade in with the Perodua Branch you get less. On the other hand, another "old wife's tale" is that if you trade in with the Branch, you get bumped up in the queue so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But if you decide to sell with Carsome/MyTukar, they do initially offer you a price FIRST, after which if you decline, they'll put your car out to bid (at least that's how it worked with MyTukar). So you get 2 opportunities, a direct price selling straight with them, or wait for the possibility of getting a better sales price through an auction.

As for the ask for extra discount for registering late, I didn't ask so can't concur. I was just pretty happy I got my unit quick (and with the other freebies the SA threw in) I didn't even bother to ask for extra discounts

Whats the total weight for these 3 bars?

Our Alza is underpowered so am sensitive to adding more weight to it. Am thinking of removing the rear tyre for city drive since insurance gives free towing

Costs RM820 with installation.  i gotten free front strut bar during the promo.
Weight.. did not weight it le..  i myself also 80kg. haha..  kind of used to old alza.. so i am okay.

Wait a minute, last time i helped my friend install front bar cos his car was RWD.

Our Alza is FWD meaning tendancy to understeer.
A stiffer front will make it worse.

Theoretically, FWD cars need stiffer rear (rear anti roll bars) to counteract understeer. More so with our crazy 2750mm wheelbase.

But if you're not doing hard cornering, then no need bars la.

Otherwise, just looking at slight stiffening of the chassis for me. Prolly just front bars and the rear ARB, done. The base DGNA-B chassis is actually not bad TBH for me, stiffness-wise.
