My final PM to him was at 3:12am.

His last active timestamp was past that.

This guy OderLy, he promised that he'll sell the Xperia Z Ultra to me today at 1pm in Berjaya TS. Everything seemed fine the day before.

Today, at 1pm, I called him for a few times but he didn't pick up. At 1.20pm, I called him again and finally he picked up. He said he was in Bandar Tasik Selatan and asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. So I waited and waited till 3pm, no calls, no SMSes, nothing.

Eventually I called him again. For more than 10 times, it went to voicemail. I tried to WhatsApp him. To my surprise, that guy deleted his WhatsApp account some more, so there's no way I can actually contact him.

This guy, if he doesn't wanna sell or what, at least tell people, don't simply promise people. 1st time got ffk after so many successful deals.

This guy , NickyNg is really a waste of time . Since I sold him my S4 Zoom before , thought give him a priority since he wanted my unit again but then , turn out to be just another ffk . Yet tried contacting him again on Sat but the story is different . Now wants chinese in a Vega phone and finally told him will root for him + install chinese for his whatsapp or sms , he sounded like try to cheat him . Then start to nego the price since he dont want root . After that no reply . Finally decided to save me the trouble of going down to Ampang , offered him 1700 also no reply till now yet still around in LYN . My fault for trusting him but then again , be a bit responsible in dealing la . If dont want , no harm saying dont wan or if wanna nego the price , dont give grandmother's stories after agreeing on the price .

Since I'm a newbie here, I want to ask something

There's one guy who interested in my monitor that I'm selling, he message me and offer me his price, so I accepted it then ask me to reserve the monitor for him

So I send him the message to know if he want to proceed but got no reply from him. Actually, he also message me before to buy my keyboard, I also accepted his offer but then, he went completely silent.

Basically, this guy already sent me offer twice but then went silent


My problem is why do you keep send me the offer, then keep silent about it

Is this normal???

He has the right to offer.

Bottomline is, first come first serve. If want to reserve also, must have a fixed period, not forever like 3 days or 1 day. It is up to you.

It is not up to us to teach this kind of people what to do. Ask him WHEN he want to come n get it. Serious buyer should not have issue or answering those.

Oh, well at least just tell if you can't afford to buy my stuff. BTW I already put him in my blacklist, basically if he send me another message for my another item, I'll just ignore it

Many people can afford what they want to buy, but deliberate want to BUY CHEAP.

For me, as long as mutual agreement and no LAST MINUTE FFK, i am fine with those fellows who wish to ask, but i have cut back entertaining some desktop inquiries as it is wasting time to spend 30 minutes to check price, quote and plan only to be found out that at the end, people just choose the cheapest price(some of them difference by RM50 also cannot tolerate), even if they are building a RM5000 desktop.

This ^ is what i am facing now buying from Davis, after few emails regrading payment and inquiries is prompt, after payment follow up is slow and no reply, even attach the receipt of bank in details for the item via email i have purchase( casio g shock Aw590-1A) , did not provide tracking number and etc information, pls respond and follow up on ur customer order especially whn payment has already been done .i even call to show concern on my purchase the 2nd day, and the respond was " owh that ? send out within 1-2 days lor" , by paying the item i have purchase and hear ntg from seller is uncalled for i dun enjoy sending loads of emails and emails, i do understand u guys are bz doin business but for customer point of view, which have already done payment WITHIN the day of inquiry of the product and have done PAYMENT WITHIN the SAME day. should i at least get and acknowledge for the sales follow up ? despite all the good review from lelong i beg the differ.i hope there is some changes kindly do take note seller( Davis ).

please beware of this seller. i PM him on saturday and he reply me on sunday afternoon. we have negotiation thru sms and agreed a price for the iPhone 5 which he said claim new set from maxis.

we suppose to dealing on just now 10.30pm at setapak, genting klang KFC.

before i go, i sms to him say that i on my way. and he did reply and ask me to sms him when reach.

when i reached there, i sms him n no reply. after that i try to call him many times but he no answer.

from 10.45pm i waited at there until 12am and keep on calling him but no answer. SMS no reply.


if he really sell the unit to others with higher price, please do let me know. he didnt even sms mention that what is going on. until when i come back, i saw his treat was close on 11.09pm.

i proof the sms i sent and PLEASE, next time beware on this SELLER. i come from Puchong and reached GENTING KLANG then empty hand back Puchong. this is such a irresponsible seller and show how irresponsible he is.

i wanted to buy his/her GOW Ascension and he agreed with my price..
then ask me to go Alamanda tonight which i agreed and decide to apply special leave since my office hour till 9pm daily..
then just now msg me said cancel since someone offered him higher price..
i just wasted my 2 hours special leave for nothing..
will stop trusting online trader that ask me to do this and that..

Details of the complaint :

Spitted Into 2 Deals. This guy is actually a returning buyer. blacklist as on 2nd deal, but as to show transparency, i'll put full conversation here

Second Deal
- 13th November, buyer inquiry again and ask for a Nexus 4 Case this time, which previous 1st deal was a HTC case.
- Request additional photos which real photos already on thread and ask for a discount nego price (case price rm25)
- Request to meet at Klang (40km+ Away). Later after he only found that he deal with me before.
- Deal was later to be schedule on 23th November [Saturday]
- On 21st November [Thursday], Buyer Request time to Deal @ 3pm on Saturday and I agree with the time.
- On Saturday, as usual I whatsapp buyer for a reminder time on 9.15am
- Buyer confirmed too and request me to look for USB printing service for him at Kepong for him. [errr....LOL]
- On 11.28am, Buyer reply again time got changes and will update me again, might be around 4pm.
- With Immidiate effect, i whatsapp-ed him for a confirmation time as earlier schedule had been planned earlier.
- No replies from buyer, Called and Inquiry for the exact time.
- On 1pm, buyer replied latest new confirmation time to meet @ 4pm.
- I'm okay with the 2nd time changes although already ajak friends on tea session as considering customer priority on my top practice.
- Well, things doesn't goes well, on 3.05pm, buyer request for ANOTHER changes again asking to meet at another location. Worst still as change location this time at Batu Caves, u guys do the calculation, initial COD point was near Bandar Sri Damansara.
- 6 minutes later I rejected as Initial meeting time was changed twice and now again for another change? tolerance level got jacked up
- 3.36pm buyer replied, doing tinting there, ask me don't go COD location 1st and wait for his update [LOL?]
- He replied with "I customer ma, so now i got something on. Hehe"
- OKAY, TOLERANCE LEVEL GOT PROVOKED ! i request to cancel deal
- Buyer reply "my car last minit need settle, so doing now, Is it like that u do business?"
- On 27th November, Buyer replied again "By the way, i got my nexus 4 case xxxxxxx , dont forget u treat ur customers like shit, and you not the only seller out there, tata haha"










First Deal
- First deal was counted successful after tonnes of inquiries from buyer [More than 20 page on Whatsapp]
- After more than 15 minutes of Nego-ing with one unit case purchase on the spot when cod (whereby price had been already agreed before COD), Deal was counted successful.
- 1 week later, buyer inquiry for a replacement on the FREE screen protector included with the case.
- After explanation, the fussy 1st deal was successful without any big feelings.


















Conclusion / Moral Of The Story
- Seller = Human too
- We Value You As Customer, You Treat Seller's Time As Shit ?
- Money can't buy Seller's Dignity, Please do not treat Seller like a Dog
