It's pretty obvious you both did not read the conversation properly. The part where he says "can COD now" establishes the time, and the part where he says "ok deal, midvalley where" is definitely a verbal agreement. The negotiation process is over.
As I stated in an earlier post, I don't think I have to be waiting at the COD location for this to constitute a FFK case.
Anyway, each person is entitled to his/her own set of criteria to define what FFK is. For me, seeing how you deem his behaviour acceptable (especially Mr. Noobding) is a reflection on your own trading etiquette. Might fall asleep? What nonsense. Pfffftt
