Details of the complaint : I confirmed deal with him.
He agreed to sell it to me and saying stuffs like COD at midvalley and stuffs.
So i PM him today as agreed yesterday to set the time and place to COD the game with me.
I got reply from him saying he sold off to his friend already.
Luckily i PM him beforehand if not waste my time and petrol to go there from shah alam.

Honor your promise la bro. If u agreed to sell me the item then by all means honor it. niot promise me and then suddenly sell it off to sumone else.

How would you feel if someone do that to you?

amybest88 beware this guy, he say cod at ipoh when sat or sun then i bek hometown(ipoh) cod with him then i sms him. he say afternoon then cod. after that i wait till afternoon and he say "My car take to service center and dunno when can fix". What a good reason! dam it!

Details of the complaint :

First time i have faced FFK problems in LYN.
Not sure this consider FFK issue but really not happy so  express and share to other forumer.
According to agreement from seller and buyer on Saturday 7/5/11 thru sms, we will be cod only on Monday as seller was in hometown on weekends... (Buyer insist to COD on the same day saturday but have to postpone to Monday 9/5/11)
OK 9/5/11 Monday, Buyer sms the seller on 2pm again to confirm the place to meet and time, Seller reply yes and agreed.
But unfortunately, Buyer received a sms from seller around 5 pm saying there is a another buyer offer higher price and can cod at his place immediately also because no deposit involved so need to call off deal.

What this mean? I felt Seller never respect to the agreement and the Buyer as well...
Nothing i can say much as i no interest to deal with him anymore.

Anyway i dont think it is special case as it is always happen in low yat here... but i first time kena after read so much ffk issue....

refund the money and try to call him ( telling you have refunded the money ) ...if fail to call , just sms . nothing can be done much . dont keep the money . you didnt earn it .

should i reserve for them ? i may lose some potential buyers and i do not know whether 100% they will buy anot .

dear seller especially who active in mobile phone store, please beware of kefey1wu.
2 days ago, i travelled to mid valley for cod without charging any additional fee, as i stated cod area is sunway.
after i reached there, i just give him check the ipod, and take it to machine for activate the ipod under his name and confirm the stuff is working.
at last he only start nego with me, and offered ridiculous price for my ipod, then blame that i didn't give charger for him as i mention at my post before there is no charger for ipod, somemore said his friend is wating for him, and will cancel the deal if i dont accept the price, i never meet this kind of buyer before, i was too stupid, i shouldn't trust him. thanks for the person, i learned a lesson from him.

friendly reminder to all seller, please collect full payment or deposit before let a person to open a sealed item for checking and testing purpose.

X-LaW confirmed to COD with me on friday after he collected his ipad

Then when i have reached, i called and he didnt pick up the call and finally sms and said deal cancelled!

sorry to hear that... maybe next time you can try to check their record clean or not first then only deal.... i also got ffk by buyer.... agreed to buy phone SE Ray and ask for best price.. after i told him he said ok... i say check stock for him and 5 mins later call him no pick out... call few times also no pick up.... totally give up........ Hope lowyat.net can provide a system for identify safe trader.(i also wanted to apply safe trader tag but still cannot meet up at the requirement). If can lowyat.net try to change another way of applying safe trader like the infomations about the trader and confirm le only give...

Being safe_trader means they need to keep up their reputation. Any complain even on FFK issue will have their status revoked. So it is less likely safe trader will FFK. I say less likely not won't happen.

and the phone call u made,i think is to different person, as from the pm, u clearly know that the the ipad is 1.5 years old! and ipad 2 has 1.5years old? pls b logic to yourself!

the user name above has ffk the deal, due to he said he is the senior member of this forum, i cant report him. however im writing this report to the moderator for once again to testify the attitude for a trader or a buyer should have during trade.

before meet up, we have been communicate with PM and they clearly know the product tat im selling is 1.5 years old from the PM ( i can attach screen shot), then we set up meetings over phone call.

during the dealing process, he has not been a gentlemen and accusing me selling different thing as description of my forum thread which is not true, they were juz trying to getaway from the trade for some reason and lastly offer me 600 for the ipad which we promised 1000 bucks earlier. which mean they will juz simply meet up with seller without agreeing the price and without reading thread and pmp properly.

furthermore, at end of the the meeting, he slam my car door heavily which makes me think that this kind of impolite trader should stay out of the trading zone. this really doesnt makes me feel comfortable and i hope the moderator can do smtg abt these guys.
