i know mandarin and I am aware of the less shoulder space between Corolla cross and HRV (based on previous outgoing model) where i sat in.
But, boot space you don't need to see review.

Next, HRV seat middle bump will take away some comfort.....so eventually for 5 adults neither car is going to be ideal for a long drive.

For 4 adults both cars can do it. For 4 adults + baby seat, you have to seriously bring your seat to the test drive. That's what I did and I found HRV to be a bit better, but only for my particular own seat.

But when you think of maxing out seriously the boot of HRV is just a myvi level and you will struggle for space when doing balik kampung with family luggage etc.

So overall size wise I think one can do the in town / city job, one is can do most of the jobs.

Then comes performance which HRV wins. I think CC is very bad in the foot brake but otherwise a great package for up to 4 adults. All in all if I was in the market CC is still an important consideration for me.

Good point but many people i know have no interest on boot space, they just want a tall SUV for driving    If boot space is my concern, i will be looking at least CRV size

really dilemma, love the RS exterior and hybrid engine but the interior is black which cause claustrophobic , then V interior is grey but bad FC and of course with no more SST, the price is heftier for non hybrid models.

also considering Toyota CC Hybrid as the timeline is about 6 months, although I plan to use the car only next year for marriage.

Anyone ditched this for X50 or X70 or Toyota CC or even brands like Mazda CX30 / CX3 / CX5 or Subaru XV? I m sorry because there's just too much options out there at this price range.

I recall I saw it somewhere should be from official website, in terms of FC, V does 6.5l/100km, where the hybrid did 4.1l/100km. but did you went to the sneak preview before? I did and it was on eHEV, exterior nice, but inside is kinda claustrophobic and similar to x50.
