Current salary against peers in industry : Don't know. Feel like underpaid because starting too low and too long stay in first company. Really regret that.
Growth prospects : Limited in term of technical since working as end user. Previously as vendor. However if want to stay within banking industry might be a good add on value.
Where I will go from here : Will re evaluates either want to stay or jump once reach 3 years services. Want to run away from working in shift. Mainly will jump for money but need to take up a higher role to justify for the increments. Not sure if want to stay in IT networking or start to take on a cloud journey. Is the pay good?

you are not avg but top tier, look at that 5 months bonus with this pay, you're giving a lot of young engineers hope
