lol .. i am 1 of the lowest pay guy among my gang. it's all about hardwork bro ..
if u think i am getting good pay around my age, try to look at those doing cloud, blockchain web3 etc and their pay at their age .

work life balance is great with occasional OT required. continuous learning is the key in getting high pay IT job. never stop learning since day 1.

i put it as avg because the pay for cloud based position / devops engineers with much less experiences than me getting 10k ~ 20k is normal.
