Knowing TM, they will probably announce near end of September and probably be the last ISP to do so. I already subscribe to SWU before from 100Mbps to 300Mbps. If they offer the propose speed upgrade like before, it would be nice.

maybe try another channel. or just click on "upgrade tv pack" through portal.

can't screenshot the "upgrade tv pack" link; it used to appear before i upgraded plan to include ultimate max.

If this doesn't work, just ask directly about stay with unifi. Just casually answer if stuff ask you how you know you answer found from social media je


Ps: only full flaged tmpoint/unifi store can accept recontract/swu offers. If the sign says "authorised dealer", dont bother and find another one

If got time you can see several tmpoint branch nearby your place of course. However they usually only opens on workdays business hours (same like office or bank hours)

I,m not in KL . My hometown was just 1 tmpoint only. I thinking if I cant get the swu at my hometown ,so can I get it in KL's tmpoint

Just curious, but with some subs increasing their pricing, restricting pword shares etc.. are we honestly thinking that Unifi (or any other provider) can offer cheaper/i.e. ‘better’ offers?

The wholesale price to them have reduced since March, morally speaking they should have reduced by June.

Also not fair comparison, other providers are restricting sharing but unifi household based, you can’t even share or bring it out of the house.
