i don't know, maaaaan .... my experience with TM changing contact number had always been horrendous.
even after i moved my streamyx account to a newly-registered POTS number in another state, they kept sending technicians to t/shoot at the old address whenever i report an issue AND reminded them of that fact each time.

both SPOTV connect and BEIN connect can be accessed directedly using Unifi Id. just go to the respectively website and click login, select "sign in with unifi" and follow the instructions

Thanks, I read the FAQ until #19 and then got tired. However I think fruitie did as what's stated in point #51 and still had Hotstar assigned to her mobile that's tied to her Unifi account. Typical TM of things not working quite right. Hope we can change it after 30 days.

Last time got one guy wrongly entered my phone number when he register for unifi. after that I keep on getting message related to his account such as internet down, monthly bill and even when that guy paid his bill. Your Unifi iptv is accessible from the unifiplayTv app only. TM have offered similar plans in the past.
