ok my Netflix only package resolved.

how it done;

- onsite team to verify speed reach 300mbps, which promo for 6 months run as is.
- modem / router support this high speed (provided)
- closed the onsite case.

- then next 32 hours , sms send to phone , and email with link to activate netflix acc.
- it now appear on self service account.

No more after the first 6 months , now revert 300Mbps

mine still maintain at 500mbps. quite weird but last year during my chat with TM also mention that my speed will maintain at 500mbps moving forward even after that free 6 months.

I got received sms saying enjoy another 6 months 500mbps but later received another sms saying wrongly sent

walao sad la kena game like that. I got no sms at all. My current bill show like this. yours mention at 300mbps?

Yes, me too sign up SWU2.0 on May. Never anticipate that they are going to introduce SWU3.0 with cheaper price and better deals on July.

Just have a call with them to see if I can get any chance to migrate from SWU2.0 to SWU3.0, the answer is NO. Bitter to swallow. 😑

Walked in to TMpoint Taipan this afternoon and managed to get myself upgraded with SWU 3.0 300Mbps at RM119 / free 6 months / free WiFi 6. However, no receipt or email or any kind of confirmation. She just told me to wait for the appointment SMS within 1-3 days.

Any idea how do I keep track of the progress?

Yup, probably will goto TMPoint after one year, see if they can move my package and recontract then. No worries, at least it's still affordable compared to my previous package.

For mine, router/Modem safe, the thunder passing through modem and hit the PC network card twice.

Hit once, install network card, then upgrade PC later time.
Then get hit again, lol.

Same Modem, it die because the NAND dead, out of life, the real dead of SSD/flash memory, lol.
