how it done;
- onsite team to verify speed reach 300mbps, which promo for 6 months run as is.
- modem / router support this high speed (provided)
- closed the onsite case.
- then next 32 hours , sms send to phone , and email with link to activate netflix acc.
- it now appear on self service account.
