Yea, currently that one is the one i saw for RM169 package but only 6 months disney+ hotstar.

Would prefer if can get 24 months though laugh.gif

Just make a call to TM and they offer same package as yours compare to the apps one.

1) Unifi TV Box
2) Router - i forgot ask the model but i'm using my own anyway
3) 24 months disney + hotstar
4) Ruby pack

RM169 total exclude SST which is kinda good deal as i currently subscribe disney+ RM54.90 for 3 months.

So i accept the deal whistling.gif


EDIT: Btw, the Disney+ Hostar by Unifi has no capped like 1080p only , right ? It support 4k dolby vision ?

I'm using TPLink X20 currently which is early model for WiFi 6 (No use also if your older devices doesnt support wifi 6).

Speed wise always can hit 300mbps when i do download (LAN port).

Still can backward compatible.

TBH, I don't even feel any difference actually XD

But some IOT doesnt work well with mesh though, so i just create a guest SSID and use the 2.4Ghz only mode.

Mine 14 Sep and i called CS yesterday, they said need 4-7 working days and since last week is long weekend so estimate this Thursday or Friday will receive SMS / appointment
Regarding on the Disney Hotstar you can use other number. I also subscribed the RM54.90 for 3 months from official and gonna cancel it before next renewal.

Still remember the day we need to use WEP for compatibility and lower performance than WPA, but it can be cracked at the same time lol.

Mine 14th Sept apply the extraordinary campaign and was cancelled on 18th Sept.
Yesterday made a call and that person said will reprocess the order.

Just called CS again regarding on why my application for extraordinary campaign plan was cancelled.

She says that need to check with processing team cause there is no remark there.
She says that possible due to i still have contract of the bundle MESH wifi Deco M4 pack till next year Feb 2023 hence the processing cannot proceed.

But this one i did ask the previous CS and she mentioned this is not an issue and can recontract saja.

Seems like processing team and telemarketing team doesnt match up ?

Even so, why i do not receive any notification such as SMS or call regarding the new application failed =.=

How to break the contract?

Mine expired on Feb 2023 and the estimated penalty should be RM75.
Contra with the 1 month waive, i still can accept if wan convert to extraordinary campaign.
