Did you configure the new PPPoE password into your router since you've reset it twice?

If i understand correctly, i will get all the above (disney +, Ultimate pack and TV Box) for RM169 (before SST %) ?
And the 500mbps will back to 300 mbps after 6 months.

So u change from 500 Rm249 to 500 Rm219, still under contract? Got penalty?

gila if i wilfully trigger penalty clause RM249*14mth remainder
- payable immediately - only to be stuck in a fresh RM219*24mth.

Otherwise, I don't mind refreshing contract to a new 24mth if I can get RM249 adjusted to RM219.

Oh so if you want to maintain the same speed (to RM219) you'll get charged penalty for your current package?

I didn't ask specifically, and CS didn't mention specifically.
We just end the conversation politely at "the offer is for upgrade bla bla bla not maintain or downgrade bla bla bla", as that already carry the implicit penalty for other than upgrading.

it's cheaper to continue paying excess RM30/mth difference for the remaining 14mth than immediately having [to pay RM249*14 AND still having to pay RM219/mth for another 24mth], right?
