yes it is true.. but it can be solved. After that no problem ! Just send it to the shop. Go to shop like Sentul because they already know what need to be done.

Some shops dont know what is wrong with the radiator. Best is go Sentul. thumbup.gif

Do u know how much insurance claim for nearly 2 years bike?
Lagenda 110. In the insurance letter i received, they give me rm3.8k while i bought the bike at rm4.7k. Lost it on 30-03-07. So the bike age nearly 2 years.

how come the rod can be out of balance ? That bike is Modenas Kriss II. Normally if you dont do anything with the rod / crankshaft the thing wont out of balance. Even if you bore the block or change bigger ones... wont harm the rod. hmm.gif

OK.... maybe it is just the screw area is not center. Because you dint use the special tool to open the nut ?
Dont worry.. if it is just the crew area that is not balance it is ok... you can check.. move the crankshaft by holding and moving the rod itself ( front and back ) then observe the main part only.. not the screw part.
Should be fine ...

*Dont worry... most of the time i found out that only the screw area is un-balanced only.

by the look at the place... it seems that you are in a motorshop. Look at those holes on the floor. laugh.gif

Definately all bikes have battery. Actually you dont need to charge the battery after long time no use. Motorbikes other than superbikes dont need battery to start. The battery are for the signals. Some bikes do have electric starter but then he/she can still use the kickstarter to start the engine.

After using the bike for few kilometers.. the battery should be ok. Normally if you put your motor for months also.. the water wont dry up... unless you really dint check the battery for years.

it depends on your things/product. Normally it will come near to RM 250 + -

how bad is your bike ? change piston + rings = RM 40... valve seal RM 30 (Japan) , valve ( condition ok or not ?RM35) , timming chain RM 35, rebore block RM 20, Workmanship ( RM 35 ? i dont know.. i do myseft) , gaskets RM 12, timming gears one set 3 pieces ( RM 50 ++ ) , lubricant 4T RM 12 ?... after rebore.. dont use sync oil. use mineral oil for the block and piston to set in.

hymn... RM 60 is normal price. Fine with the price. Since the bike is open already... i think better to do balancing. But have to open the whole engine... from engine head , block and the gearbox. doh.gif

How you see the thing is not balance ? if the screw there is not balance doesnt mean that the crankshaft is not balanced. I have open few bikes that have the same problem. When i check... most of it is only the screw, because some machanic uses screw driver to bang out the screw on the auto-clutch. They dont use special tools. That why some of it will result as such case.

Is your rod in good shape ? because since opening.. you might want to change it. One shot finish fixing everything internal.

What i have experienced from 2T bikes is , when the bike is new ( brand new bike).... fuel and 2T comsumption is high. After breaking in..... you will notice that fuel comsumption will be lesser. I wont recommend you to use cheap mineral oil. It is a bit different between 2 stroke & 4 stoke bike. But both also need the piston ring to set in. Use motul thumbup.gif

------------

ook.... people do get wrong perception on this !

If you read automobile book... they stated that every new engine cannot rev more than 80% of total speed.

so.. why people say go only 80 km/j because that theory from Honda Ex5 --> top speed 100km/j so .. 80% is 80km/j

but if you refer to this.. they mention different method of break-in... http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

one thing they did mention that " DonT use Synthetic Oil also "

THIS THEORY I COPY AND PASTE FROM THE SITE

On the Street:
Warm the engine up completely:
Because of the wind resistance, you don't need to use higher gears like you would on a dyno machine. The main thing is to load the engine by opening the throttle hard in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear.

Realistically, you won't be able to do full throttle runs even in 2nd gear on most bikes without exceeding 65 mph / 104 kph. The best method is to alternate between short bursts of hard acceleration and deceleration. You don't have to go over 65 mph / 104 kph to properly load the rings. Also, make sure that you're not being followed by another bike or car when you decelerate, most drivers won't expect that you'll suddenly slow down, and we don't want
anyone to get hit from behind !!

The biggest problem with breaking your engine in on the street (besides police) is if you ride the bike on the freeway (too little throttle = not enough pressure on the rings) or if you get stuck in slow city traffic. For the first 200 miles or so, get out into the country where you can vary the speed more
and run it through the gears !

Be Safe On The Street !
Watch your speed ! When you're not used to the handling of a new vehicle, you should accelerate only on the straightaways, then slow down extra early for the turns. Remember that both hard acceleration and hard engine braking (deceleration) are equally important during the break in process.

pricing ? you can get your bike done within RM 350. (mostly China products intalled)

yup... definately will get tahan ! My experience was... i wasnt on disk brake that time but my engine is not standart with 'ekzos potong' , i got through.... but other people with standard configuration with disk brake in front was block. I manage to watch it while i show my IC and driving license. I think depends on Police also or operation.

That racing gasket have bigger piston hole on the header gasket...
58mm in diameter compared to the original one which is smaller...
That gasket is needed because of the bigger piston which is also 58mm in diameter...

Also the oil seal quality is a lot better than ordinary gasket which is important for this radiator cooled engine...

And for the racing camshaft is not for the valve respond faster...
It is for allowing more air+fuel mixture going into the combustion chamber by opening the valve bigger and longer than the standard one... rclxms.gif
Got many kind of racing camshaft...for pick-up, for mid-range and for top-speed...Got other kinds also..

i have seen and used good quality gaskets... what i notice is the quality is better... the material is good. It is not paper type nor rubber.... it is 50/50... resulting no leakage.

High cam for more intake to go in the combustion chamber. Valve open bigger and more fuel.

yup... correct... the highest is No.6... the lowest is No. 3 if not mistaken. The higher the number the more opening to your valve.

I have something to share with you guys. Last week on the 28th of September i bought a Yamaha 125ZR (Black) brand new from a bike shop. On Wednesday this week, the 2t reservoir leaks and i took it to Yamaha Service Center. Upon inspection, they found out that my 125ZR is in fact not 125ZR but instead a converted 125Z where the bodykit was changed and sport rims slapped on.

I was furious, e-mailed Yamaha, and seek legal advice. Yamaha supported me to go forward with a tribunal case against the bike shop, and everything was prepared to go ahead if they couldn't settle the matter before the tribunal. The shop owner called me still in denial but offered a peace settlement with replacing the fake 125ZR with a new 125ZR. I accepted the offer and now i got the real 125ZR.

Well, i hope i my story would help you guys better prepared against this type of con cases. The things worth nothing are that, slap on stickers are no match for factory stickers, and rims tampering are certainly noticeable.

The shop is located in Penang, near Jelutong Police Station. A few shoplots next to it to be precise.

That's why some illegal racers use short inlet manifold and placed it backwards...

In what bike you want to fix that RX...?
If EX5,Wave100/125 dont need any modifications to the intake manifold to fix it...
Just need to use Kriss airbox "neck" to make it fit with RX...

i know for honda is easy but for yamaha we need to cut n weld it again. i got one

see the picture below. tis is the modified inlet manifold by me. but after turn backwards, is very near to cover n body n i cant install air filter
*
ok... you need a adapter to change the angle of the position... you go YY Pang or any shop in sentul might have. It is round and have many holes ... for you to chanage position of the manifold so that you can face the caburator where you wish. So look around ... sorry.. cant take picture and show you. Just mention adaptor to change manifold location in spare part shop... they might know... if not.. you go YY Pang shop.

1st of all.. you must understand the concept of turbo. It is not changing gear only have the blowof sound. The sound comes when there is extra compressed air from the turbine to the intake. So in between there is blow-off valve so release this pressure.

I dont think you can fix it. haha... maybe in the future people come out with electronic gadget that can produce this kind of sound... but for me... what for ? people see nice.. but no power one... it is a disgrace. As for me... quiet bike with low profile can go fast... people will be shocked shocking.gif

after oil change yesterday, i notice that my kriss is like clutch slipping, after i changed gear and rev, the motor will like revving empty and it'll take 2-3 seconds only i can feel the ommph.. i've tried adjusting the clutch screw according to manual, but it's not helping.. is it time to replace the clutch? how much would it costs?
*
ok... this normally happen. It is not your clutch problem. It is your auto-clutch. that is the part that make your bike move. Clutch is only a 'pause' for you to change your gears when the engine is on the move.

But it is good to change it also since you are opening the engine. the plates will cost around RM 10 per-piece. Kawasaki parts are abit expensive. you need 4 plates. Auto-plate will cost you around RM 80 ( T.A.A brand)
workmanship around RM 40... so in total you need around RM 200 ( rough estimation only- better to have more than less on that day)

Added on October 10, 2007, 4:42 amohhh forgotten 2 let u know how to fix up the RSM!!

actually it is very very simple.. all u need is

speed sensor (get a 1~16 pulse) which u can get from perdana/ford/new kancil
RSM-G sensor (it would be very useful on the track which u track ur G-force so that u can improve ur ridin skills)

RSM i only used 4 wires which is:

Ground
B+ power
RPM pulse
Speed Pulse

i think u should know where to tap this to!

I just fot my KTM LC4 unreg (for track use only) i have even installed E-Manage Ultimate which is even better than
power commander! so far i still need to get used with the power!

i might be thinkin to go to thailand to get feul injector kits for my MZ125 for fun!! dunno weather it can improve the
power or not.... since my MZ125 mod to 150 already... now the carb cant keep up with the setting! OR i will get
a mikuni original TM32 Flatslide Carb! what do u suggest?

Cheers

in my opinion , just go with the flatslide. more fun .. responsive to .. my stock gsx carbs are flatslide. responsive but the FC are too damn high .. using CV's now.

ohoo ...normal la like that .. but sooner or later sure become drifter again . hehehe

ya .. the bike is fast .. the turbine spools up around 7k rpm which is the normal powerband for fxr. top speed recorded is 190kmh .. stock fxr only can go 140-150. well . fxr is single cylinder so dont need fuel rail . straight from the fuel pump directly to the injector.
Attached Image the bike during installing new wiring and wideband O2 sensor.

i see. when was ur last race ? february 07 ? thats long ..

car wiring also u make ar ? fuah so terel one . what car u drive ?

yup . a vapor would be a great additional stuff for my gsx streetfighter.

the shop basically sell racing products that can get in sentul. Only thing that YY Pang display most of the stuff inoder for customer to view it. But of course the things there are much more expensive than what you can get in sentul.
One thing is that they have wide range of exhaust system for most bikes. But sadly those pipes are for racing use only not highway use. laugh.gif

It is good just to go there and check it out. I really interested in Keihin FCR carburator that he is selling. VERY expensive ..out of budget. It is around RM 1.5 K doh.gif

Along Piston is my very best friend.. im still keeping in touch with him till today.. now he is married with 2 sons now..
YY Pang ahh.. so far i got no update news... coz last time his shop is Shah Alam mahh very far.. so i very jarang see him lor.
abt the digital meter, normally cub prix they will use only digital tachometer which is no speedometer aka tripmeter..
if u plan to just have the digital tachometer, why not design ur own.. it is very easy to do.. if u buy i dont think
it will be cheap.. or get a china RSM meter which u can get at autobags auto accessories at kelana jaya..

Along Piston is my very best friend.. im still keeping in touch with him till today.. now he is married with 2 sons now..
YY Pang ahh.. so far i got no update news... coz last time his shop is Shah Alam mahh very far.. so i very jarang see him lor.
abt the digital meter, normally cub prix they will use only digital tachometer which is no speedometer aka tripmeter..
if u plan to just have the digital tachometer, why not design ur own.. it is very easy to do.. if u buy i dont think
it will be cheap.. or get a china RSM meter which u can get at autobags auto accessories at kelana jaya..

cheers

i heard about along before but didnt met him. in sifu case, since i sold my tzm, never did go to his shop again .. LOL ..

well . speedometer is not important to me . tacho is what important . last time my gsx alternator regulator broke and the alternator pumping more than 20v to the wirings . fried all the gauges including my autometer A/F gauge and the wirings. since that, i didnt hv any gauge.

design my own ar ? like i said. im not that good with technical DIY .. tongue.gif unlike you. i did try one but didnt work. china RSM ? autobags ? where is it exactly ? i can go check it out later ..

p/s: i always wanted to put trailtech but i noticed they only show speedo . after i saw ur trailtech vapor . fuhh . nice ..

Yea, that seems to be the market response to the naza brand. They're parts are of low quality.

Naza bikes is very low quality furthermore they use old technology stuff which cover up by the appearance...
as u can see naza Blade!!! they just took suzuki SV650 engine something like cut n paste.. hahaha

but suzuki also stop production for the SV650 in the early 90's due to some engine arkitechture problem...
then now they come with a new design which they used in Bandit!

so far i know like that lorrrr...

cheers

Yamaha TZM is a good bike with Power Valve technologies... the bike is wide and the seating position is also quite comfort compare to NSR
but the maintenance wise have to be careful which is your riding style must be macthing with the bike else u will have the problem of
power valve leaks or power valve broke... this problem is quite common among TZM riders... TZM parts is also very easy to find.

For NSR as i know... the seating position is more Up-right but it has a lower maintenanace, NSR do have their own power valve to but it is
mechanical which is more reliable. The riding style also have to match when u riding NSR coz the bike cant witstand long rev which would lead
to engine jam.. for the parts availability is not that simple as TZM.

For my point of view!!
Just go with ur instint!! take the bike that u like!!! u will get use with everything later!!!!

Cheers

don care whichever, it's nice to look at but be prepared that Honda EX5 will tapau this bike like makan sayur.
150cc 4-stroke, with a body that size, it's grossly under-powered.

Even ZX1 150cc 2-stroker don dare to use tyre of that size!

haha .... no good ? you test 1st friend. you know his shop cannot sell other brands that he sign contract? example he is motul dealer.. so cannot sell other brands in the shop... can get sue from conpany ! His shop is not spare part shop like normal shops in sentul or else where.

split fire is good... fast respond gain from high Rev... you can ask forumer like cheenjeat008 . We meet one time, and we talked so much about bikes. you can PM him and ask him personally about split fire. icon_rolleyes.gif

from my experience ... i can tell you that .. split fire is much more better than G-power (PLATINUM) !!! whistling.gif

please buy the 2 plugs and try yourself. you can experiment and see which is better. Sometimes you wont learn by listening to people.... must try your own !

Hahah... that's the latest thing ... the trend nowadays. Honestly, I dunno what purpose does it serve other than confuse ppl. The first time I heard that sound I looked up towards the sky, then only I realized it came from the bike next to me. Never bother to ask my bike shop how much does it cost to install one of those... but if I find out, I'll tell y'all... tongue.gif

Hi all,

I'm a new bike user, bought a second-hand Kriss 110. Don't own my own car either, so I got some stupid questions to ask, harap all can be patient with me ya? smile.gif

Firstly, where to renew road tax? Post office can ah? Need to bring what there, documents and stuff?

Secondly, my mechanic recommend me to full service soon, what does 'full service' mean, what do they do to the bike and how much will I have to pay? So far all I do is replace mirror (one broke) and replace oil/filter only.

Thank you so much to whoever got answer my question....

Dunno whether means overhaul la, but the mechanic said 'full service', cos my bike bought as 2 years old 2nd-hand, had a bit of issue with idling, he change the timing but checked the spark plug (i think its spark plug la) and it was blackened, so he said use first, couple of months time come back can full service.

Yah tat's what he showed to me, looked black black a bit. Is it something I need to check out?

For reference, my usage is about... 400 km per week, plus minus a bit la. Just go to work and come back only, nearby nearby.

And the road tax been settled, luckily got fren told me have to pay insurance first, didn't waste a trip to the post office =). Nvm, next time I will know.

that liquid is incase the tyre prevent any air lost due to nails, and sudden temperature increase or decrease when riding. The liquid is not that expensive... last time i buy for used in tube tyre was around RM 25. Now i dont know how much.

if you are a long distance rider... i do recommend that you use sport rims. NO need to use those liquid... waste money only.

about the liquid... it is act as a hole seal when you get any nail on your tyre. it will seal the hole and prevent air lost.

If you have a four stroke you can put in a different cam and enlarge the ports and valves. A good polish job on the ports can help. A higher compression ratio can give a nice power increase too. Sometimes you can increase the stroke of the engine to make it bigger. However, this involves a different rod and repositioning the crank pin and sometimes grinding the mouth of the crankcase ... lots of work. One little cheap trick you can pull with cams is to grind the heel of the cam. That is, the part opposite the lob of the cam that pushes open the rocker arm. This enables you to tighten up the tappet a bit (but still keep the stock valve clearance) which will give your cam more lift, while retaining the stock opening and closing ramps. There is no pressure from the rocker arm on the heel, where you grind, so you don't have to worry if you grind through the case hardening on the surface of the cam heel.

got it from http://www.dansmc.com/hopup.htm

any kedai can do this ke? how much improvement? anyone done this before? how much it cost u..

yup correct. but once you open up the tyre you need to  apply again the liquid. So best is just use tubeless

Yesterday, couldn't turn the lock. suspecting that the lock has probably jammed. I tried to oil it though using the key, but won't work. Tried doing this for 1/2 hour till got the GIVI key handle cracked.

I still have a jacket and another helmet inside.

Any solutions to this?

Make sure your engine oil level is ok. If it's not, then your engine could be eating the oil.

Usually the GIVI stuffs are quite ok. Maybe somebody tried to break into your box and broke your lock. If you can't get it to open, either get it to a lock smith or the workshop. Otherwise, you risk breaking the darn thing.

Maintenance free meaning the kering one sure better lar. No need to top up the fluid levels mar. But actually, both the batteries are basah type wan. It's just that the they totally sealed up the kering one so that the fluids cannot escape and evaporate. cool2.gif

from what i've heard from xciters in malaysianbikers forum,

1.Fuel consumption is 50km/liter.
2.Good pickup compared to Yamaha 135LC.
3.High capacity storage compartment
4.Low maintenance (modenas parts - not so expensive for genuine parts)
5.Tachometer equipped
6.The best part - not in thieves wish list

Hi all big bro and sis, greetings.

I am noob in biking, just getting my L lisence, I have a very limited budget for motobike nor i know much about them.

I just need a basic bike, the cheapest kapcai tat can move me around with reliability. Have seen Naza flash 125cc ads but very concerned about comments about Naza in this thread, I have a few question for everybody. Please allow me to be a bit ignorance here notworthy.gif

- How much do the cheapest kapchai will cost(new)?
- For the price range like the Naza 125cc i mention(3.8k), what else option i got? or what is the nearest option?
- How much is a new honda EX5? Seen plenty of people using it... as i mentioned, it really looks like a basic bike.
- Should I consider 2nd hand moto?

I would prefer a 4-stroke, as i think it is easier as no need to add 2T.

Can anyone show me some light? biggrin.gif

Big thanks! notworthy.gif

boxer owner review

QUOTE
Hello everyone,
I bought a momos boxer in january. Been riding it on and off but not
extensively since i also bought a car in january! haha...

Anyway, i find riding the boxer an absolute pleasure. I'll provide some
of my views for y'all. I'm not a bike expert so you guys may know better
than me:
1. Pickup / top speed
The bike has excellent, and i mean excellent low end pickup. Possibly the
sproket/gear configurations. The fastest i've gone is 140, reached it
quite easily. At that speed, the bike was very stable, but heck of a lot
of vibration. I think it could've gone faster (belum pulas habis), except
I ran out of road and I love my wife. ;-)
It's pickup makes it a joy to drive in town and in traffic jams because
the engine is so 'willing'. If you want power on demand in the city, this
bike can beat cub chai.

2. Stability / Handling
The boxer is super duper stable. If fact, i dah tak biasa ride cub chai
now because it feels so 'light'. the bike is very stable at all speeds. I
haven't tried 'corner baring' because i don't have d guts to do so. Not
my riding style.

The bike is very stable at all the speeds i've rode at. Even with two
people (total weight 170kgs). Cornering is predictable.

My only complaint is the engine vibration gets transferred to rider when
revving engine very hard. The bushing is not good enough i think. but i
heard that it can be modified to improve the vibration transfer. I did
read that better tyres can improve this too. Someone verify?

3. Milage
My favourite. I fill up around RM 25 and i can get around 450+ km and
still belum kering yet. It'll hit reserve tank (yes, it has one) around
380km and so you still have along way before it finishes. Good for long
distance folks. I'm getting better milage than my lagenda haha!!!

4. Sounds
The bike sounds good at low to medium high speeds. When you revv it hard,
it gets LOUD! However the loudness comes not so much from the engine, but
the muffler. Wonder what can be done about that.
The momos guys neglected to properly design the 'kepala' of the bike. At
high revs (note revs, not speeds), the mounting tends to vibrate a
little. My mechanic did some fiddling and its better now, though not gone.

5. Clutch / gear shifting
The bike has a very light clutch and gear shift in my opinion. In fact, i
found it lighter and smoother shifting compared to my friend's 125Z.
really! He tried my bike and agreed.
I've never had problems with the clutch and gear shifts. Smooth as silk!

6. Brakes
One word : POWERFUL!
Super stopping power. I can't describe it.

Ok i can't think of anything else.

Here's the sad part:
Its been 10 months and i've hardly used it because mostly drive and take
train to work. My milage is only 3800km (2 service only) so its still
quite 'new'.
I've decided to sell the bike since no point i pay installment and dont
use the bike. If anyone is willing to pay around RM4500. I'll be glad to
let go of the bike.
The usual facts apply : Accident free, low milage, bike has never been
pushed to its limits. Its condition is not much different from new.
If anyone is interested pls call me at 016 225 1207. I live in kajang.
Give me your email and i'll send you some pictures.

Cheers.

and i am currently using the tubeless tyre..

how bout change to a high performance spocket? will it increase my top speed much?

I've got a question, is it more expensive to renew a B full license than a B2 license ?

How much is it to renew a B full and a B2 license now ?
Is it better to straightaway get a B full license even though you're riding a kapchai ?

my friend... your clutch plate never soft... and it will last you at least 2 years depends on how you use your bike. The thing that makes you feel soft when you shift your gears is your clutch's springs ! thats all...

clutch respond faster when use kind of spring. wink.gif

edited: by the way, you dont need to overhaul your top engine part. Just take to the shop and they will open the right hand side of the engine cover and change the springs. Workmanship is around Rm 10-20.
Spring cost you around RM 10-100 depends on quality.

I dont know about UMA racing, because i havent tried it before. I m still using my racing springs that i cant get it anymore in Malaysia. Still very good condition after almost 5 years now ! believe it or not.. brows.gif

what do u mean by renew?
cost to get b full is more expensive if compared to b2 license..
but it's more costly when u planning t get b2 1st and the upgrade to b full..

for me..
it's better straightaway to B Full license...

THere is definetly some improvement when changing the spring to harder ones. If you really want to feels the different in total... you must do something with your gearbox ! then you will know gear 3 also you can wheelie or even gear 4 !

i dun think its about month, but its about mileage..unless u didnt start the motor for 3months, its better to get it serviced to clean the carburetor smile.gif

as for me, i change it every 2000km, and im using a Honda 4T (white bottle), cost me RM13 smile.gif

so i guess it'll be ok since I only ride my bike to nearby places only (setapak-bkt bintang) and usually not more than 80 km/h. I'm planning to use the mobil 50W oil (grey bottle with red back sticker-RM11).

I'll use the batteries for my bike if you use it for your Myvi.

the shop open at 9am -to 7pm (mon-saturday)

9am -to 3pm (sun)

but sometimes depends on customers.. if there is allot of customer, the shop will open longer.

the top speed should be affected by your gears.. try smaller rear sprocket, u'll lose a bit of pickup, but gain a bit of top speed, and vice versa if u use a bigger rear sprocket..

hurm, that picture is 2007 ap rs125 i think,
and fyi that bike is not available in malaysia coz teh damn gomen bans any import of bikes below 125cc -> i dint know when, becoz there are 97 rs125 in mesia...
and for the zxr250 2008, haha me waiting for it too, looking to replace my ageing 94 zzr 250
and one more thing, the zxr250 2008 (or whatever it name is when its launch in mesia) uses a 250cc parallel twin engine which is similar to zzr250 which redlines at 14000 rpm -> compare this to the old zxr250 which redlines at 18000rpm

yup.. zzr 250 engine = el250 engine = kawa's new 250 engine
but the new bike's engine cam has been modified, so it gives more low end torque.. unlike the current zzr engine which gives crappy torque below 6000rpm
and as for the name i dont think it will be named zxr, because in the us, this bike is named kawasaki ninja 250r -> so logically in mesia it should be named like gpz250r or zzr205 haha just my 2 cents

for your knowledge, our bikes are not fully manual. it is semi-automatic only ! You want to convery your bike to fully manual ? hehe

advatage: Direct power to your final gear ratios. Power gain more because it is lighter now. (legal for track bikes and drag bikes modification). Less moving parts in the engine resulting more power too because it will eliminate your auto-clutch system. More power ... you can lower down your final gear ratio and get a better top speed.

disadvantage: police will stop you ! once they spotted there is a clutch system in your bike (EX5 or any other bikes that doenst have clutch). your crankshaft might broken into two pieces (possible.. depends on how powerful your want your bike to be) because there will be NO tolerence of power to your final gear ratio.

xenon koh... you are really interested ? hehe... i can help you modify(wait next year i come back 1st). But on your own responsiblities if there is road blocks and you are caught. whistling.gif

*total $$ need to spend is around RM 300 (material only). Labour fee ? i dont know.. because i do my own.. hehe.
clutch system set RM 150, cutting and welding is around 100... use ARGON welding only please ! (for safety) !!!!! or better kinds of welding , best is titanium welding (i dont know where to get in Malaysia)

you need to do welding because once you take out the auto-clutch... the crankshaft wont be balanced ! so you need to weld something ... whistling.gif

if you dont want to weld... then you need to change the WHOLE magneto system (racing spec) to balance up the left and right side. Then you dont need to do welding. ***if you ever use racing magneto... my goodness i could say the power is crazy... how much is the racing magneto ? last time... was RM 3 K like that.
You can ask NSK in sentul how much.

ALL this modification is highly illegal on the roads ! only legal on tracks .
That all guys... cheers , happy riding wink.gif

NSK??

i think it's NKS...

new aprillia rs125 available in msia..
u can look at motomilia...

but illegal on the road...

track use only....

why illegal??

bcoz of our gov law..

can't sell imported (CBU) motorcyle below 125cc...
unless it's CKD..
just like mito fauzi edition...
