It's like paying for the help you offer. but when my mum saw i could do house work and help with the angkat pasu bunga, she said yeah why not i pay half for ur whey and stuffs haha Added on December 20, 2007, 6:57 pm QUOTE(bata @ Dec 20 2007, 04:50 PM) Don't take supplements then. Just exercise regularly and eat well. That'll be enough. This post has been edited by skymyxe: Dec 20 2007, 06:57 PM |

Dear all,
How much do you spend on average on supplement per month? Given that supplements are already expensive back in Melbourne, it must be even more expensive here. Since now I am able to save RM40 per month from my gym membership, I might wanna get some supplements. Will see how it goes though. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Ken |

QUOTE(skymyxe @ Dec 21 2007, 12:47 PM) That's a lot of cash spent on supplement. I only take those when I do really need'em. Maybe if I felt that I'm goin' to catch a fever or something. Don't usually take'em daily. u take whey when u r going to get fever? To jones,
RM 200 - RM250 per month, therefore every 3 months you'll need to purchase RM600 to RM750 worth of supplements? Seems alright since u have quite lotsa supplements (ie. creatine, whey, flax oil and so on.) To plan a budget, Hhmm, if I do that I would need to spend almost RM350 plus just for gym. Nah, that's too much hit on my salary, maybe if I go back Aussie for a professional job. |
