Jones. For MRP purposes take ur protein mixture+oats (preferrably slow cooked/steel cut/non-instant) +milk instead of whey + oats + milk. Keep ya full for HOURS. I did that during puasa month. Keep calories low, muscles happy, tummy quiet.

yeah yeah i'm thinking of that. for now i have this free CN whey wot.
i know oat is low calorie and oat has good fibres too. but what else i can replace with? i dont wana take in rubbish sky high calories like french fries or potato chips shit.

Extra effort la. Wake up morning, prep potato, wrap in aluminum foil, bake, keep for snacks. Bake while u mandi, prepare for breakfast, wear clothes, makeup, wear shoes and when u about to leave tapau them in tupperware. It's almost mess-free too. http://www.howtobakeapotato.com/Or you can buy potato salad with no very little dressing from salad bar. Added on October 12, 2007, 11:37 amTomorrow can eat already! I practically have 0 appetite. Raya food doesnt turn me on as much. It's tough when you look at a serving of ketupat+rendang+serunding thinking "Hmmm this will take 1 hr of 170hr cardio to burn". Er.. thanks for the compliments babes  . How ya know I look young when I nvr post my face here I'm 24 going 25. Full time student on a holiday. Just finished Internship. Havent hit the gym in 2 weeks due to laziness puasa laziness  . Occasionally I run, do yoga, do bodyweight conditioning / core exercises on the swissball. Very random things. You weightlift like crazy too?
