Not too sure cus i eat alot of stuff in one day

i'm drinking this sytrax matrix 5.0 mixed with milk.. taste kinda sweet @_@ LOL
and it is damn filling =.= 1 scoop with 300-400ml of milk. makes me so fukkin full |
