lol , 2ON empty and 1CN empty only . The small one is NO Explode , really good stuff. And then cell tech is creatine also very good. The right side blue one is Up Your Mass weight gainer but true mass is better than Up YOur Mass. Then left side blue one is VPX zero impact , it's a night protein . Tat's it

ON is okay just that it won't motivate me to drink it. I think both ON and CN is not much a difference it's a whey protein for me , just that CN taste better that's y i just go for it
True Mass is good also , my weight stuck at 65kg then after drink naik alot. Flavour good also for chocolate la. |
