Jones. For MRP purposes take ur protein mixture+oats (preferrably slow cooked/steel cut/non-instant) +milk instead of whey + oats + milk. Keep ya full for HOURS. I did that during puasa month. Keep calories low, muscles happy, tummy quiet.

yeah yeah i'm thinking of that. for now i have this free CN whey wot.
i know oat is low calorie and oat has good fibres too. but what else i can replace with? i dont wana take in rubbish sky high calories like french fries or potato chips shit. |

Extra effort la. Wake up morning, prep potato, wrap in aluminum foil, bake, keep for snacks. Bake while u mandi, prepare for breakfast, wear clothes, makeup, wear shoes and when u about to leave tapau them in tupperware. It's almost mess-free too.

Raya food doesnt turn me on as much. It's tough when you look at a serving of ketupat+rendang+serunding thinking "Hmmm this will take 1 hr of 170hr cardio to burn".
