not very good la. EPA DHA content SO so.. cuz my relative selling for Usana. so buy frmo him la. quite cheap wot. i'm taking less than the recommened dosage tho. no money xD

Wow weee.. you're a big fan of fitline products. How's the taste like?

fitness drink - orange juice taste
omega 3 - just drop the oil into fitness drink. oil is in liquid form. little smell or taste of fish oil. on its own taste orangy.
gourmet shake - vanilla taste. dont quite like the taste on its own, but when add orange juice, taste great.
activize - taste like ribena. love the surge of energy!

yeah, am big fan of Fitline cos it really works for me. have tried other products before but have phobia swallowing pills, and dont see or feel the effect.

but i really swear by the fitness drink when it comes to running/work out.

have tried gatorade, 100plus(THIS IS A JOKE la - like drinking water) but the effect nothing like fitness drink. with fitness drink the recovery rate is much faster.
