well, there are few hiccups with E51. i've heard of bad grounding. got hissing sound when u talking on the phone if you didn't touch the metal part. which means the batt cover.

another one is silent autorestart. you don't even know the phone will autorestart. this is not really a problem. i've experience it once b4.

Silent autorestart?
Are you saying that the phone will auto restart itself without you knowing it?

silent auto restart? won't you need to key in your PIN # again? i never had a problem with the phone restarting...

as for the hissing sound, haven't experienced it... but then again, my hands are always on the metal part, which is the battery cover.

I guess, like Windows, if you load too much crap on it, it might cause some system instability. Me, I just use the apps bundled with the phone, as well as Windows Live, Google Maps and Gmail only. None of those problems happened with mine.

Wow, low light condition brings out the worse in the camera. Not that it functions any better in broad daylight. Check out my pics attached below. Absolutely crap.

Anyway, that goes to show, after 2 months of using this phone, now only play with the camera that I'm not the one to whip out his phone just to take snaps. I have my point and shoot for that.

Lowlight, taken in the stairwell heading up to my office. ZOMFG!

Taken on the street at mid-day. So-so only. My previous Panny VS7 took nicer pics and that's almost a 2-year old phone.

Actually, it's more yellow than white though the greenish tint is definitely there. I wonder if we can get a software fix for this.

uiks i've experienced it too this morning (auto restart)...hmm is it just a bug or it it just a way to free up memory? coz it didn't ask for SIM Password the way when you manually restart your phone.

[UPDATE] i noticed that the auto restart thing is not a model specific problem. it happens to other models as well, A lot of people had post the same problem in the E60-E61i-E90 and E65. Now i wonder...is it the Symbian OS problem?

yup it just goes to the nokia logo for no apparent reasons...again i think that this effect alot of nokia models with symbian OS.....not specific to e51 it self.
