Yea bro without any SMS like what others has do it during last week first batch, once you see pick and pack or 1st transit attempt, most likely your phone is already in the branch/center waiting to be process

therefore you can just walk in straight right to collect it

Just now I called Cs again, no surprise useless answer from them

Got my phone in less than 5 mins zzzz
Obviously the phone already there but no one bother to call me to pickup

this what many are facing , when we went , they either say wait for sms.

yes, once u have status : In Transit 1st Attempt meaning the device is already reach the Outlet that we suppose to collect, but some of these Maxis Store dont even bother to call us saying device is ready to pick up. This what makes us waiting for days.. and get annoyed, lose our patients..

Bro, may I know when is your estimate pick up date supposed to be?

Any idea what's the delivery timelines now? Did you all get your devices ahead of the estimated dates provided by Maxis?

Thanks for the tip, I went to the Maxis Centre just now and when they asked if I had an SMS, I just said I received a call yesterday saying that it is ready for collection. They did some checks at the back and then said that my phone was there and then they did some collection process (which kicked in all the SMS) and gotten the phone.

Definitely not ahead, delayed since 29th September LOL.

Ah thanks for the heads up. Just placed an order for it and app says estimated pick up from 16th Oct onwards, so wanted to get a sense of how long it'll likely take.
