each time is just bot named "Max" handling the request

any trick to bypass it ?

I wan to ask them about the 15 pro max order status

Yes it really sux to the max, they didn't bother to update real time at all, basically is just a redundant system

seems like your status is same like mine (do created) but i opted for self pick up

hmmm hopefully i will be getting some good news soon

i just called maxis and spoke with one of the agent and i kinda lost my cool complaining on how frustrating i am, askinng them to please escalate to your manage bla bla

they after a long 10 minutes hold, she said my phone is in the warehouse somewhere in pj waiting to be transfer to my appointed self collect center

not sure how true is this or is this even real, keeping my finger crossed and she say hope they will contact me soon once is in the center

actually doesn't matter if the status change to a different one or not

based on the 1st batch maxis po, as long as you are under this status, even if you do not receive the sms/email/call, you can straight walk in to your appointed maxis center to collect your device already
