Regarding the no upfront payment, anyone here eligible for it?

Zerolution not really zerolution afterall. End up still have to pay about 5.6k upfront for 24 months zerolution on RM109 plan.

my wife is in Zerolution Plan, she eligble on No upfront payment when did PO on 23/09/23..

Have you checked with other telco for a similar zerolution without upfront payment if you’re eligible for it?

I thought my wife could get it but she also needs to pay 5k+ upfront. Any idea how exactly they determine it?

no idea , last year we tried for 14PM, they asked her to pay 3k upfront, she decline the PO, this year she tried again for 15PM, walla, no upfront payment, so she grab it..

I managed to get my phone today 15PM 1TB natural at IOI City Mall. It was scheduled to pick up tomorrow 9Oct but the status of my order in Maxis Apps is “in transit 1st attempt”. Hence try my luck to check out today at the selected centre. Guess what, my phone already there but the namelist not yet finalized. Hence waited for 15mins and went home as a happy man 😉 i placed order on 25Sep. I guess mine was the second batch

Mine scheduled to pick up/collect on the 12th onwards, status on apps still DO created, Can we still walk in and check whether has arrived or not?

Depends, there is a reserve option and the other one is to outright purchase it through the plans

Oh ic, I place order mine at 7/10 it said in stock don’t know how fast I can get the phone, and I not in Malaysia around 23-27, and I notice they only giving 2 days to collect? What happen if more than 2 days?

If u unable to collect the phone in those 2 days, u nid to call Maxis upon receiving the SMS - so that u can collect the phone at ur own leisure.
