my wife ordered 15PM Blue , no advance payment . does that when colletion time , no need to pay any advance right?

My partner just called Maxis CS this morning, regards on collection date 29/09/23. According to CS , not many ppl going for Blue Titantium , got stocks available for my partner on 29/09 as she are in first batch order .

does this mean i can go and collect from the outlet that i choose to pick up?

my partner ordered thru Maxis Zerolution via Maxis App on Saturday 23/09/23 morning 11.34am, as soon Order confirmed, we received T&C Acknowledgement and Order Tax Invoice immediately, which stated the device available to pick up from 29/09/23 (Subject to device availability).

Last Saturday 30/09/23, morning we went to the Maxis Outlet which we are suppose to pick up, Maxis CS went to check whether our device is ready to pick up, After checking their list, Maxis CS asked for my partner IC for verfication, they did thumbprint and also send OTP to the mobile no which we ordered for Zerolution.

you can go to Maxis Store KLCC on 9/10/23 around after 12pm, check with CS there whether they have the Device for you to pick up if you dont receive any sms or email. My Partner did that as she purchased online via Maxis App (Not Pre-Order). She ordered on 23/09/23 11.24am, collected on 30/09/23 around 12pm.

on 29/09/23, we saw in the Maxis App, order Status showing In transit , 1st Attempt. So we did went next day to the Maxis Outlet where we suppose to collect. Once we reached there, we asked the CS, He asked for the IC for them to check and to verify. Once they check in their system, they confirmed that they have the Device to pick up. we also picked up our device without any hassle, its take about 20 mins process.

what we were informed by the Maxis CS, that NT and WT variants are in demand compared to BLT and BLU T.
