that's the thing your branch require you to show sms

but mine branch is a small one actually

i can just walk in saying i want to collect my phone based on my experience last week

he didn't ask me to show any sms just ask for my IC then he went in and check lol

They do ask me my IC to check for my reservation status

In d end they told me to wait for SMS…

N also they showed me d list of orders r in pending due to shipment delays…

Least they inform me d status I feel Fong Sam sikit

As expected. “No SMS no talk bro”. Annoying. Refused to even help me check the status.

Maybe they have changed the SOP ..

Yup, it is because of the poor initial SOP that a lot of devices were given out to the wrong folks, especially to those who ordered later whilst those who were in the initial pre-order has yet to receive their orders.
