thats the status we get last week on the 29th, went to the outlet and collected the phone. if the procedures are still the same then I guess your phone is ready for collection...

experience from my order (15Pro 256GB, Collection Maxis KLCC):

Day 1 - DO Created
Day 2 - Pick and Pack
Day 3 - In Transit 1st Attempt, noon around 12pm+ receive call from Maxis staff inform can go collect already
After Collect - Completed

anyone under "In Transit 1st Attempt" walk in to collect your phone yet ?

Just to share an update of my delivery order PMX NatT is completed even I checked this morning the status was pick and pack. The delivery guy called me 5mins ago. Guess NatT clan 1st batch will get their unit today or tomorrow

May try after work if no SMS still by then lor... annoying part is bigger centers may not even let you talk to the counter....they stop you at the queue number guy liao

I sort of expected it, Maxis is really struggling with their supply chain

Mine is not fully paid PO however

Mine is reservation and paid RM300

Even so, they advised me to wait for SMS to collect the phone
