Back in those days, one of my colleague purposely drive from KL-SG-KL overnight trip to purchase iPhone 1 and show to us on the 2nd day. KL don't have it until like 1-2 months later then. D@mn ki@su, he did that until like iPhone 3GS, as after that iPhone 4 or 4s already have launching in KL.

I've already learn not to chase technology updates decades ago. Moore's law. If I want something now and no change in the coming 3-6 months, then I will just buy it. Else it is a never ending waiting game on technology. Started with those 80286, 386SX, 386DX, 486SX, 486DX, Pentium I, II, III, celeron, ...

Yeah you are absolutely right..... I think is really about experience and if you enjoy it and loving it just go ahead. Different people have different priorities in life. So prefer to spend the money on food, car or even go travelling. My reason to upgrade every 2 years is because of contract renewal and paid by company. If ask me to change every 2 years I feel like not much changes....

Is like our CPU processor which you are right.... kinda of saturated unless you are using your Machine to do AI model training which require more processing power + high end GPU... Ok a bit off topic..

Anyway, good to see so many people are still buying iphones and i do agree maxis kinda of sucks when come to giving freebies but since digi removed the normal contract i guess i will still stick with Maxis.....

Haha, yeah, I ported out from them twice - remember the fiasco of different plans for different people back then and everyone was screaming at them? That time maxis one plan 128 only had 3GB data, hahaha... how far we've come...

Am considering terminating my Maxis as well. Tried to get the phone last night, added to cart but when I was about to confirm saw that it was pointing to an old email of mine, my hotmail email. So I backed out and tried to re-do again. Was asked for RM972 advance when I wasn't asked for one earlier during the 1st attempt. I asked the idiots CS at the KLCC Maxis center and also by phone. Told I'm lucky that it is only RM972 as other people got asked much more and I will get back my advance deducted against my bill. Idiots, I know it will be deducted and thats beside the point. Never been asked for advance payment before and I've gotten Iphone since 4 from them and am a 21 years Hotlink/Maxis customer. Useless bunch of CS people.

I did my pre order on 25th Of Oct.....

But not sure if i will received it by tomorrow i am happy if i can get it before 9-10-2023 as I did my PO really late because of no stock!

Hi, i tried to check my iphone status through the delivery tracker but it only show a blank page, anyone facing this issue? I tried using my phone and pc ( edge and chrome) but also blank page. I tried simple put a different code and it will say invalid, but when i key in my code it just show me a blank page.
