Am considering terminating my Maxis as well. Tried to get the phone last night, added to cart but when I was about to confirm saw that it was pointing to an old email of mine, my hotmail email. So I backed out and tried to re-do again. Was asked for RM972 advance when I wasn't asked for one earlier during the 1st attempt. I asked the idiots CS at the KLCC Maxis center and also by phone. Told I'm lucky that it is only RM972 as other people got asked much more and I will get back my advance deducted against my bill. Idiots, I know it will be deducted and thats beside the point. Never been asked for advance payment before and I've gotten Iphone since 4 from them and am a 21 years Hotlink/Maxis customer. Useless bunch of CS people.
