How they notify the approval. I'm checking in KWP portal by logging in everyday. Do they send notification thru email?

So u get to choose the unit already?

They did send the notification thru email and ask you to select 'Berminat' or 'Tidak Berminat'. Once you select 'Berminat' u will get approval letter and can be download thru the portal.

I received email notification. Then selected berminat and printed the approval letter. Submit to my agent to send to developer n process. Still waiting developer to call for unit selection.

Previously Fajarbaru planned to build an open market condo called Rica Residence @ Kinrara and an adjacent Rumawip on this plot of land, construction starting in 2016. Anyone knows why they changed it to a full Rumawip development now called Vierra Residence?

I'm asking what happened to cause the previous project to be changed to Vierra Residence? Do you know?

But from the commercial sense
Rica : around 400 units and asking price from RM 600 sq ft => RM 240 Mil GDV
Vierra : around 1300 units and asking price from RM 333 => RM 390 Mil GDV
If you are the boss, which one your option?

May be due to RW, the plot ratio could be higher, so developer can opt to build taller and send more unit...

Is this considered a high dense project? Will it be overcrowded and packed?

Did you apply through a developer appointed sales agent or on your own through the RWKM website? I got a sales agent to help me and I've secured my unit.
