I got my desired unit at tower B. I heard some of my friends has yet to secure even though they are earlier than me. I really wonder how does the system work....

When did you know you have already secured your desired unit? Is it on the spot or after a few days? What’s the process for unit selection?

for my case, my agent helped me to secure the unit. So i gave her 5 unit numbers and then she will have to fight for the unit number i want. I got the confirmation from her on Wednesday.

Then when did you submit the unit number that you want to your agent? How many days later you received the confirmation?

You will only get to choose a unit if developer has your bank's letter of offer and received your surat berjaya tapisan upon KWP approval (layak ditawar status). My sales agent submitted this two documents to developer for me. After that about 2 weeks passed before the developer informed my sales agent I can choose a unit. This developer uses an online system for unit selection, with access through the agent. Buyer can't access it. I had to give my agent a list of units in order of my preference. He submits it one by one through the developer's system and gets informed within minutes if it's successful or not. I do not know if the system shows a bird's eye view of all available/taken units, my guess is it doesn't. You can probably check with your agent on this.

I just got the approval last night. What I heard is including the second batch, there are roughly 500++ units taken. How many choices of units did you submit to your agent?

Reading your experience shows that developer and Urusetia are not transparent, sure given out nice units to orang sendiri. My friend has failed application on other RumaWIP so this round he make sure everything is in order. The agent serving him also another b@bi, my friend already prepare everything to the dot and hand it to him on 26th April, his queue still gotten 700++ then after 2 months only gotten Surat Tawaran. Lucky still can dapat else have to wait again other projects, went with him to see other open market projects but coz of the stupid RumaWIP loan already approved, his CCRIS can't lepas

Loan approved but your friend didn't sign any LO to accept the offer will still affected CCRIS? Really?

U go try apply other open market properties (Selangor address) and see, sure affect your DSR already

I suspect it is because you are not supposed to share your CCRIS in the public (check the T&C that you click "agree" when accessing your CCRIS).

As you can see in the CCRIS report, the RHB entry is for application of credit. Nothing wrong. This is because banks want to stop loan compression or multiple submissions. Some banks are stricter than the others. If you want to submit loan application for another project, you will need to ask the banks to cancel loan applications for this project first. Even if some banks allow you to submit for another project, they will also ask you to cancel other loan applications before they disburse the money.

Yes, application of credit I understand but you no see the loan account created meh? Where got open loan account without signed Loan Agreement and SPA? Siao arh?

Didn't see that one. Very weird indeed. Normally after sign LO only will open account.

How many floors above or below to avoid water tank room? Will it be noisy? Considering that I want the unit of the water tank room on other floors.

Has all the non bumi lot finished? If not I am planning to register for this.
