I personally went and checked before signing the LO.
So far there's no smell/foul near the kinrara rumahwip.
But there's illegal besi buruk place.

I went there around 7pm ish, right after work.
I walked from kinrara mas condo to Vierra Residence
construction area. I haven't encountered any smell
on that day.

Yeah, even the KWP website crashed yesterday, probably high traffic of applications. Maybe took a while to approve one by one.

Yes, you are correct. The water tank not on the top of roof.
It's in between the houses, you can refer to image as attached.

Planning to get level 8-12 only. Just to be safe on lifts and water pressure as well. But, most rumahwip unit selection are balloting right and not by securing with developer right?. I'm not sure what's the actual process of getting unit.

It's a freehold,Geran mukim,(Hakmilik tetap yang dikeluarkan Pejabat Tanah). You can check out on propertyguru website on land title, there's 6 category on this.
