do not need to worry, the road is border of selangor and kl and its carry all the usual problem, authority not sure where is under theirs. Jalan kinrara 1 is the legend as both selangor and kl not get mutual agreement that why its still 1 lanes for decade.

Can buy additional car park meh? From What I heard from agent , we cannot purchase car park.

My guess is face the school. Best ask your agent.
The Tamil school entrance already write the address, Jalan Puchong, 47180 Puchong.

But this project is KL Wilayah. Interesting.
Kinrara Mas is Bukit Jalil. 58200
Andes is Bukit Jalil, 58200.

I also thinking whether to choose Tower B facing indian school (facing South) or Tower A facing facilities (facing South East). Hope won't block too much in future and not so noisy. If roadside, sometime those motor make noise at night, it quite troublesome 😡

good luck, the MBB banker service my case is rather lc, because i heard from property agent RHB quota is full. and they dont bother so much to help because only two bank panel for this project. thats what my agent said... sweat.gif

What’s the difference between block A and block B? Is block A very close to the main road?

New launch project usually depend on the EF (End Financing) allocate by the selected bank.
Actually you didn't have choice....

Furthermore, most of the buyer prefer Maybank loan, because their interest rate is slightly lower.
Save Sikit sikit jadi bukit...
This is why, they select their customer....

I suggest you also apply another bank which is panel for this project.
to increase your chance..
