Which block and which view is better?

Yup, i gotten mine approved. First batch of applicants.

Did you apply through a developer appointed sales agent or on your own through the RWKM website? I got a sales agent to help me and I've secured my unit.

When did you submit/apply on the websites? The KWP portal open on 26th Apr, I think as long as you apply on the first few days (26-27) (I'm sure there are a lot of applicants, I think second day ad up to 500 application), you will get the first batch of approval.

I saw from other rumahwip forum, they say KWP portal is approve by batches (not sure how many approval per batches),  it seems they only approve 1 batch so far.

I got my desired unit at tower B. I heard some of my friends has yet to secure even though they are earlier than me. I really wonder how does the system work....  

for my case, my agent helped me to secure the unit. So i gave her 5 unit numbers and then she will have to fight for the unit number i want. I got the confirmation from her on Wednesday.

You will only get to choose a unit if developer has your bank's letter of offer and received your surat berjaya tapisan upon KWP approval (layak ditawar status). My sales agent submitted this two documents to developer for me. After that about 2 weeks passed before the developer informed my sales agent I can choose a unit. This developer uses an online system for unit selection, with access through the agent. Buyer can't access it. I had to give my agent a list of units in order of my preference. He submits it one by one through the developer's system and gets informed within minutes if it's successful or not. I do not know if the system shows a bird's eye view of all available/taken units, my guess is it doesn't. You can probably check with your agent on this.

From viewing the scale model in the showroom, I see the water tank is on the roof.

If you going to choose Unit 22, better avoid up and down floor for that break tank level la. Just worry the sound when the machine is working to pump up the water to the rooftop.
