In my case, I submitted the loan application. Then this Public Bank banker called me. He told me that if I proceed with the loan application, in the event I dont get approval from KWP, I still have to pay the bank RM1k plus. That's why I didn't proceed, and decided to wait for KWP approval first.
But it seems like the developer and urusetia dont even consider my application in the KWP portal. BTW, I'm not first home buyer. I know the priority goes to first home buyer.

I go for UOB. Lower rate compare to MBB.
I was told the fee will be waived if my application is not approved.

My loan just got approved with Maybank. But my banker said need to see face to face to sign the LO this weekend. If LO is draft copy, sure need to see face to face?

My status permohonan is Semakan Urusetia. From the list, Pemaju already reviewed my document with "Sah" status, and waiting for Urusetia - still with "Belum Disemak" status.

Mine no need face to face, just using app to digital sign on the document and send back to my loan officer.
I was told after KWP approve, the final copy only i physical sign on it.

Yeah, even the KWP website crashed yesterday, probably high traffic of applications. Maybe took a while to approve one by one.

Just go round this condo site and surrounding up to Kinrara Mas and Andes condo and exit near the traffic light to Jalan Puchong.
No smell anything bad in the afternoon.

Well in the morning that main road is jam badly but expected la coz the only road to connect to Jalan Puchong and Old Klang Road from Kinrara.
Tamil school also contribute some traffic there.
Nice piece of land with Indian temple at the side and landed property nearby.
Buyer need feel the peak hours jam for yourself and parking will be big issue here. Cannot park roadside coz really no space as the only road is one lane each side. Be prepared get tow la if park outside.
If me will fork Rm18K buy extra parking smile.gif
