Previously Fajarbaru planned to build an open market condo called Rica Residence @ Kinrara and an adjacent Rumawip on this plot of land, construction starting in 2016. Anyone knows why they changed it to a full Rumawip development now called Vierra Residence?

Did you apply through a developer appointed sales agent or on your own through the RWKM website? I got a sales agent to help me and I've secured my unit.

If you applied through KWP website on your own, how come there is still an agent to check your documents? Why not you ask this agent how is your application progress?

My sales agent basically did everything for me from start to finish. Showroom viewing, loan application, submit bank's letter of offer to developer, I filled up my profile registration on KWP website and he vet through it before submitting, gave me a list of documents to prepare and submit to KWP website for Vierra Residence application on 28/4, and finally booked my chosen unit with developer.

You will only get to choose a unit if developer has your bank's letter of offer and received your surat berjaya tapisan upon KWP approval (layak ditawar status). My sales agent submitted this two documents to developer for me. After that about 2 weeks passed before the developer informed my sales agent I can choose a unit. This developer uses an online system for unit selection, with access through the agent. Buyer can't access it. I had to give my agent a list of units in order of my preference. He submits it one by one through the developer's system and gets informed within minutes if it's successful or not. I do not know if the system shows a bird's eye view of all available/taken units, my guess is it doesn't. You can probably check with your agent on this.

I chose my unit in tower B considering these:
1) avoiding afternoon sun
2) preferred facilities facing unit as outside facing unit may be noisy
3) the basketball and futsal courts are near tower A. Facility facing units at tower A may be affected by noise from kids playing there
4) I wanted a corner unit with extra corner window in the master bedroom. There are more of such units in tower B than A

The developer has put in photos of the Site Progress at https://vierraresidence.com.my/. Piling at Tower A is completed and the above ground portion is coming up, while progress at Tower B looks less advanced.
