apart from its density which is on the higher side, everything else bout this Kinrara WIP is reasonably good.

900 sqft with balcony layout is pretty darn good. freehold is absolutely a huge bonus. Stone throw away from bkt jalil & puchong kinrara.

this is good for own stay. if u look at its macro location, it is considered quite strategically located. u get giant and along the road and pavillion 2 is a short distance away. Those surrounding pavillion mall i reckon will be hyper jam once the mall is open for business
