Loan is finalized after singing LA. Without signing LA, everything is possible to be overturned or cancelled.

1 CP and the access road to the school is packed especially with the roadside stalls, if DBKL can demolish them and widen the road, should be ok

anyone else book this? seems like a good investment with 300k entry price. Gonna utilise the quota prior to our marriage - we will not be eligible after combining income.
looking at the material used, seems impressive, like i did not expect the 2x2 tiles and even full tiles for toilet. its definitely a plus

Why this project procedure seem terbalik from other Rumawip?
As I recalled, usually place booking fee, submit documents for DBKL screening, application approved then only apply loan and choose or ballot your unit.
Lastly, engage lawyer for SNP and loan agreement and pay balance deposit.

Rumahwip very basic. Even for Aset Kayamas rumahwip, no aircond point provided. Some even toilet not full height tiles (half height only). And some even water heater point not provided. Need to own tap from DB.

Depend on developer. Project by project basis.

Frankly speaking... nowaday is new norm...
I saw a news from local main stream Chinese new paper, they reported those unsold unit also include some affordable house.
So not easy to sell it all to the public.

Don't believe too much agent claim that 80-90 % sold (not only this project, but also other...)
This only for those made booking, whether they can secure the loan is another issue.

So some developer is focus to clear the loan first.....
that mean the buyer is more secure to get the house.

Wrong, as long as you've made appointment in advance with your agent / sales staff, you may already visit the sales gallery / show unit irregardless of your loan/KWP status.

Not sure if appointment is no longer needed after 1st May.

Correction...

I not sure the latest AK project.

But the project Puchongmas which very close to this Vierra project.
was confirmed came with Airc cond point and piping + drain in Living hall and master room.

This save few hundred ringgit per point already.

You can clarify it.

Hi guys, interested with this rumawip but after researching, i saw there’s a news back in 2019 that there’s an illegal dumpsite near Kinrara Mas, not sure has it been solved? Seems to be super close to site or this rumawip is actually the dumpsite? 😅

Which plot? So many plot of lands 😂
Another thing, some developments are also done on ex STP or ex dumpsite coz land price is cheaper that way
