What dbkl is thinking? Only 71 units come with 2 car park so they expecting other park outside main road isit? And then if people park outside side main road they give saman straight away. Logic apa? Or this is how dbkl earn your money and it cause so much jam.

If u think 1 car park is not enough, then buy the unit with 2 car parks.

If it is sold out, then consider other projects with more car parks.

The options are open, no one is forcing you to buy anything.

The problem is those car park outside main road ok. It's causing traffic flow

Every project has car park issues.

Even landed you have people parking their excess car outside.

So what do you want them to do?

Singapore got car park tower , what do you think? Not feasible?

Anyway even if DBKL build a car park building, people will still park outside their home for convenience.

if enough cat park provided but still park outside and they got saman I got nothing to bising.

How do you define enough car park?

As a developer, their main goal is to maximize profit, not to provide excess car parks that people might not buy in.

They can always provide 3 car parks for each unit, but that will drive up the price. And not everyone wants 3 car parks.

I blame dbkl ok. My initial statement mentioned very clear. That's the city planner responsebilty

I think for those Rumahwip or other development (as long as not low cost flat), a car parks would be inclusive nowadays....
Yes, sure price will be drive up due to more car park.
I noted some developer will build the car park in basement and up to 7-8 floor to accommodate more space for car park.

Only exception is those developer provide 2-3 car parks in the new project.
Because the Condo already is a luxurious unit. Example Like selling 1.5 Mil above. Your car parks price already been factored in to the unit price

You can see how the Kinrara Mas resident park the car along road.

Any guru able to answer this? Am kind of interested as the procedure seems a little different.

Find a lelong property under 300k, utilise the loan

i read an article, like one car park construction cost is around RM50K to RM75K, thats why developer would rather increase the build up to attract buyer than given two CP...

Could be..
But i think this refer to the CBD of KL or Selangor etc.
Not all the places the same price.

Example: in remote Kampung, due to it's location, the land price is low, so the build up cost also lower.
But don't misunderstanding this Kampung is Kampung baru KL...now Kampung baru is not cheap
