Wrong, as long as you've made appointment in advance with your agent / sales staff, you may already visit the sales gallery / show unit irregardless of your loan/KWP status.

Not sure if appointment is no longer needed after 1st May.

One of my buyer is 006xx but haven't gotten the approval yet.
Not sure how they allocate the applicants into different batches.

All non-bumi units have been snapped up.
Now your only chance is to hope someone's spot (non-bumi) would be released due to last minute loan rejection, KWP rejection etc.
Bumi lots, there are hundreds left..
