If you are applying for a loan, you will have to provide documents to the bank no? The bank has every right to ask for such details. Actually my simple question to TS:
Did you have the candidates signed Pre- engagement screening form to give consent to have background check? That they allow your company to have check on either their financial , or criminal record ?
