ask them provide, EPF statement, PCB form lor.

also, now days companies req them to sign declaration so u can check their ccris record on behalf also.

they dont provide, they risk being rejected.

HR would request those, especially if there was a period if one was unemployed for 3 months or longer also

EA, Payslips, EPF , bank statements, certificates.

Then you have to disclose to allow them to get other agency to verify them.

If Banks, you would have to disclose them to check your CCRIS also.

i also joined a new company this year, nothing much to make noise also.

CONSENT is the key here. TS doesn't want to get the CONSENT from the candidate, instead he prefers to go about it the ILLEGAL ways

Move on. Just send them form to get their authorisation for consent n then proceed to check n get their statements.
