A persons salary is confidential however if you're mature enough, you will know that there is a market rate for skillsets and talent. I'm not sure if you are aware of that.

1) Now, regardless of whether or not you like it, employees always talk about their packages to each other. Can they come and talk to me? Yes, if there is a huge discrepancy then yes, adjustments can be made.

2) They can ask in an interview because it's not like I've glued their mouth so they can ask anything they want. What you and everyone in this group doesn't understand is there is something called internal equity. By the way you speak, this is obviously your first time hearing it and you're probably going to google out what it means. In a customer service departments, all staff are paid RM 2k - RM 2.2k for example. You won't a get a staff earning RM 800, another earning RM 3.5k and another earning RM 10k in a customer care department and why is that? Again, we have something called internal equity which you need to learn about.

3) There are companies which openly disclose their salary. For crying out loud, even Amazon discloses employee salaries. Now, why isn't everyone mad and getting all freaked out? It's simple, they know what they are worth and to earn more, they have to work harder. That is just how it is.
