a very common practice when dealing with long term work visa especially when company sends someone abroad for extended periods is the need to change your salary payout from home to host country for compliance with laws, taxation, etc. how do you think they ensure your payslip is not tipu one? your police record is clean and you arent a troublemaker? you are within acceptable health limit? and a host of other documents?
