Classic case of jealousy, new hire is being paid much higher than him for the same level position.

So trying hard to justify that it is impossible that the new hire is being paid that much.

Yes, you should be smarter than that. The crowd here are in actual fact 20 people replying all the messages saying that I should accept what is said verbally and not ask for documentation so it's okay to believe anything the candidates say? No. That's not how the world works. You need to grow up and stop being a little boy. When someone asks for documentations, you provide actual genuine documents and not forging them. By the way, follow the crowd here, the 20 people who are just like you. lol

Yes, my salary is only 2k. I do feel really jealous that they will be getting paid 6x more than I would.

You need to get your facts right. My question was how to know if someone is faking their pay slip / other documents. Don't keep harping about getting information the illegal way when you clearly have no solution to this problem.

you need to stop spinning. look back at all the stuff you wrote about calling KWSP, okay to pass data to third-party organisations if asked to < this is illegal

There is no engagement screening form which exists. You can't just make up stuff in your head. Now, the question I asked is simple. It seems you have a hard time understanding something which is simple.

Assuming you run a company and you wanted to hire people for a specific role, you get people applying for the role and they give you certain documents which you request for (yes, don't be an idiot and say tell me you won't request for any documents like most people arguing here). You will need to know who you are hiring and at what level of expertise they are at.

My question is simple. How do you know the documents they provide are true? You have to be smart. If everything you say is illegal and you want to be so damn afraid of everything in life like all the other failures then yes, don't ask for anything and just accept everything has been said.

Bugdet dah ada, checklist dah ada, market research dah buat, follow through je, toksah tokok tambah. Kalau mampu, hire. else tutup pintu gituuu.. you know, the 'take it or leave it' method.

You are not in the hiring industry so yes, you would make comments such as "you think everyone here so free to fake payslip ah?".

to get such information you will need to get consent, even banks gets your consent
there are no backdoors

yes, banks has every rights to ask for such details to prove you are able to service the loan
when it come to employment staffing, you want your employee to service your company loan?

at the end of the day, you just want to hire based previous pays, without understanding such package is a complex process
