Same. Packet loss every time. Now we have another problem. Me and my neighbour are both on 100mb but tried speed test just now only able to go as high as 30mb. No wonder I was lagging watching Twitch. The fuck is going on

unifi doesn't guarantee you on international latency or speed either.

of cos the latency on peak hours sometime are very bad

Tested on 2.4Ghz wifi?
Kindly connect to 5Ghz wifi or LAN cable to test.

I have no issue on speed or PL, but just Apex Legends game laggy like shit ~200ms ping.

i have this issue last month, upload speed so low, i have to report multiple time, it take them almost 2 week to fix it and luckily i can claim rebate

Why ping is so high.
Mine is always consistent 10 to 12 ms.
Maxis Fibre 300 Mbps.

Luckily I did read all the thread before jumping to Unifi.
If not I gonna regret for 24 months with Unifi Fibre.
My house is mostly dependent on international streaming content from US, UK, HK.
Unifi is just bad overall especially after 8 pm.
Tried both on my brother's Unifi 100 Mbps and my old terminated Unifi Air.
Fast local speeds but just bad international routing.
Spikes and bad speeds all around at night.

Now with my Maxis, no more lags streaming Disney+ UK/US, Paramount+ and Hulu using Unlocator DNS.
Seriously I am one happy customer here.
Maxis Fibre 300 Mbps.

Maybe you should report it again.
Just ask your neighbours if they are getting the same ping.
If yes, collect all the data and submit to unifi.

That is quite high for fibre connection.

yup, im currently in contact directly to person from TM data division, he still investigate the issue, waiting for update from him

30ms ping intra-sabah is not normal, need to report again.
If 30ms ping sabah to KL is normal since need to cross strait.

Played in SG server with 40+ Packet Loss. JP server got less Packet Loss but still got packet loss tho.
Might as well just cuti from gaming like this.

Sabahan as well. I did receive messages informing me about service but they said it's been fixed on Wednesday.

My cousin is a high ranking engineer at TM and all he can say is that "they're investigating it". Did you call TM directly?

nope, all done on livechat and whatsapp, even TM person contacted me using whatssapp. there also TM technician come at my house several time to check the issue
