Just wondering, why the connection to ChinaMobile unstable on the SG, equinix.com?

I am having very serious slowdown to this website I use frequently - https://notify.moe. If I use Digi network or a VPN, it works fast like usual. But recently on Unifi it becomes unbearably slow.
This is getting very frustrating. What's the point I have 800mbps fibre when I can't even browse a small site? |

UPDATE: site owner has resolved the hosting issue, but the same slowness is still happening only to unifi network. Anyone facing hiccup lag this week?
