I thought the submarine cable to HK/JP already fixed, I'm not seeing any improvement thought, keep having such high packet loss to JP servers. Is this TM issue?

Lol it got to point that I have to enable VPN all the time just to browse and play games, this is ridiculous.
Seems like regardless of IP range I try have the same problem. 175, 115, 60(this one is bullshit, can't even use Anydesk with this) 1.32.x.x which was superb before, not anymore.  |

Hoo, seems like they are using different route to JP today with lower latency than previous route, no packet loss too.
