After reading what you guys have posted about Unifi international routing, finally I know it is not because of Unifi Air/Streamyx speed.
I tested on speedtest on local server, it is fast.
But bad slowdowns like Twitter, Paramount+, Peacock at international websites especially on weekends.
I always wonder why Twitter is not able to show pics after 9 pm, suffered since MCO weh.

The most interesting part is, using Unlocator DNS + Unifi Air, I am not even able to stream anything on Disney+ US, Paramount+, Peacock, The CW especially after 8 pm but the local speedtest to TM server is still around 40 Mbps, then it should have no issues.
But Hulu is fast? No hangs.
And that does not include sudden ping spikes on ML.
I always thought maybe my area have too many users but speedtest is above 30 Mbps. Hmmmm.

Luckily my area just got Unifi and fuhhh luckily I did not sign with Unifi, if not I will suffer the same issues like my brother at his house, always got issue streaming from Disney+ US/UK especially during night.
He always bising if he set the settings wrong etc. and he is on Unifi 100 Mbps.
LOL.

Now I have free of issues with Maxis Fibre 300 Mbps + Unlocator DNS combo.
Can stream anytime I want, no lags and all in 4K.
Maybe later on if my brother want to fix his internet, just change ISP la from now on.
Unifi will not fix anything at all.

That is why I felt weird.
I have suffered this since the Streamyx era.
But it is typical Streamyx to lag at night due to old tech.
After move to Unifi Air, it still shows the same issue especially at night.
But that time most of it is still watchable.
But it get worse starting MCO until today.

Why ping is so high.
Mine is always consistent 10 to 12 ms.

No use having 300mbps when it latency like hell at night right?

True!
Luckily I did read all the thread before jumping to Unifi.
If not I gonna regret for 24 months with Unifi Fibre.
My house is mostly dependent on international streaming content from US, UK, HK.
Unifi is just bad overall especially after 8 pm.
Tried both on my brother's Unifi 100 Mbps and my old terminated Unifi Air.
Fast local speeds but just bad international routing.
Spikes and bad speeds all around at night.

Now with my Maxis, no more lags streaming Disney+ UK/US, Paramount+ and Hulu using Unlocator DNS.
Seriously I am one happy customer here.
Maxis Fibre 300 Mbps.

Maybe you should report it again.
Just ask your neighbours if they are getting the same ping.
If yes, collect all the data and submit to unifi.

That is quite high for fibre connection.

Fuhhh nasib baik I did not tie the contract with Unifi and go for Maxis.
I rely heavily on international content, if this happens, my parents will be pissed.

Change to Maxis.
I have had it with Unifi shit international throttling every night on Unifi Air before fibre came to my area.
Now no more headache thanks to Maxis Fibre.
